Lesson Aim (Сабақтың мақсаты):
To develop students’ vocabulary and speaking skills on the topic “Insects”;
To improve listening and reading comprehension through texts and audiovisual materials about insects;
To foster interest in nature and encourage environmental awareness while learning English.
Lesson Objectives (Сабақтың міндеттері):
1. Educational:
Learn and practice new vocabulary related to insects (names, body parts, habitats, actions);
Understand and use simple sentences to describe insects (e.g., “A bee is yellow and black. It makes honey.”).
2. Developing:
Enhance speaking skills through dialogues, pair/group work, and descriptions;
Improve listening and reading comprehension by working with short texts, songs, or videos about insects;
Develop critical thinking by comparing insects (use of adjectives: big/small, dangerous/useful).
3. Upbringing (Тәрбиелік):
Encourage respect and care for living creatures;
Foster teamwork and communication skills through interactive activities;
Develop curiosity about the natural world while practicing English.
